All orders, regardless of purchase date, are not eligible for return or exchange effective October 30, 2020. Customers have 24 hours within order confirmation to cancel their order, however, once a tracking number is assigned to an order it is not eligible for return or exchange.

How long is the shipping and handling time?

    • All orders placed prior to 3 p.m. Central Standard Time (CT) on Monday - Friday, will ship from our store the same business day.
    • Orders placed after 1 p.m. CT on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped from our store on the following business day.
    • Your delivery time will vary based on the shipping speed you select. Please note: J. Monae Beauty Supply is not responsible for USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping or mailing delays related to COVID-19.
